I’ve worked extensively as an administrative assistant in real estate, legal and small business aspects. I now operate a home-based service to meet your needs. We provide high quality services and maintain your confidentiality always.
You may need occasional clerical support when an influx of tasks cannot be handled by your staff, or when someone is ill or on vacation.
We transcribe create: brochures – newsletters – personal and business letters – manuscripts – meeting minutes – reports - flyers – address labels – family history – journals – menus for a special event – and much more.
For traditional typing, we can: complete forms – type on your letterhead or stationary – fill in ancestor forms for genealogy – whatever you need.
Additional services include: small business bookkeeping with QuickBooks, accounts payable receivable – data base creation and maintenance (alpha & numeric) – mail merge with labels, and payroll.
Hand-addressed envelopes for: invitations – holiday cards (please place your order early!) – thank you notes , and address labels.
Rates: from written (clear & legible), data entry, word processing and typing $22 hour; from micro-cassette (clear & audible) $1.25 minute of audio recording.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard and PayPal.
