Looking for employer to a sponsor a job applicant for a work visa

Hello!
My best friend wants to come on a work visa in the next few months.
He has over 10 years of experience in restaurants and hotels in Uzbekistan.
He is looking to work preferably in Chicago and suburbs. He is fluent in Russian
and will be taking classes to upgrade his skills. He is looking for a company employment agency to sponsor him for labor certification. He is interested in working in a restaurant, cafe, hotel or catering service. I would appreciate any help. I can be reached by email: designsbyanna@gmail.com.
